1) What is the ultimate goal in your personal religion?  What are other
   important subsidiary goals?
 
 
2) What is the relation of your deity/deities to the manifest world?
   Transcendent, immanent, or both?  How is/are the deity/deities
   related to people?
 
 
3) What is the prime virtue in your religion?  Why?  What are other
   important virtues in your religion?
 
 
4) What is your preferred deity?  Why?  What other deities are
   important?  What aspects do these deities embody?  Do they
   correspond to your important virtues?
 
 
5) What view of history does your personal religion provide?  Cyclical,
   evolving, decomposing, planned, chaotic, etc?
 
 
6) What is your personal religion's position on free will and fate?
 
 
7) What are the main ethics in your religion?  What should you try to
   do?  What should you try not to do?  Why?
 
 
8) Do you believe in an afterlife?  If so, what is it like and what
   should you do to prepare for it?
 
 
9) What myths are important to elements of your personal religion?
 
 
10) What rituals are involved?  What symbolism is included and what
    does it represent?
