Dear Scout Leaders,
The Beta Rho Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega will be hosting the annual Scouting
University on March 6th on the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville campus.
At this time, we are pleased to announce that registration is now
open for the event and forms are available on the website. Be
sure to note that February 26 is the last day for registration. Registration packets received after
February 26 will not be
accepted.
Troop leaders will need to fill out a form for their entire troop and send it
along with a check to the address listed on the form. Merit badge classes
will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we encourage everyone to
send in their forms ASAP to ensure that your Scouts get enrolled in the class of
their choice.
We thank you for your patience with the technical problems we have had with the
website and are especially pleased to announce that parts of the website have
been updated . The pages we have
been able to make significant changes to are Registration Forms and Badges
Offered. More information will be
posted as we get closer to the event and details are finalized (such as the
schedule, the location of opening and closing ceremonies, class or registration
updates, etc.). Please visit this website from time to time to check for
updates.

thrilled to be able to host this wonderful event again in 2010 and eagerly
anticipate March 6th! If
