We drove up from San Francisco to Crescent City where Terry's Uncle Doc and Aunt Toad live. We saw redwoods and beautiful countryside that looked a lot like Arkansas. We went to the beach and visited the Lighthouse at Battery Point and looked around. There are whalebones in the yard. When we got to the door, there was a sign saying that the lighthouse was closed to the public because the tide was coming in. We had to hurry to get back across before the cold water was too high. We drove around town and found a neat antique shop. I finally found a Crescent City T-shirt at this seaworld-type place they have. Crescent City T-shirts are expensive...
